In recognition of my attainment against the UK Professional Standards Framework for teaching and learning support in Higher Education I have been awarded the status of fellow of the Higher Education Academy. The Paul Hamlyn Foundation have made a toolkit for museums to use to implement organisational change and improve particpation.
